I've been trying to return 4 pairs of shoes for over a month. The only option for returns is to get a return authorization number from the website, but the option was unavailable even though it was within the 20 day time frame allowed.

I've tried calling them but get an automated response to leave a message - all 3 mailboxes are always full. I'v sent numerous emails to both customer service and sales, but there's been no response. Faxes don't go through.

Finally I sent a certified letter. The USPS attempted delivery a week ago and left a notice, but the letter has still not been claimed.
